TNA poised for further growth following strategic appointment
Mechanical, electrical, and public health company TNA in Cannock is growing its team this month following the appointment of Emma Thain, 42, as bid coordinator.
Having moved from a similar role where she specialised, Emma from Leicestershire, is pleased to be bringing her vast organisation and problem-solving skills to TNA and will be implementing all aspects of the bid lifecycle with immediate effect.
From opportunity tracking, capture planning, competitive tendering, contract award, implementation and delivery, Emma will be overseeing all business development opportunities and streamlining existing functions to benefit new and existing customers as well as the TNA team.
Emma was attracted to the role and company because of its market leading position and wanting to be a part of the team behind this success. She says: “TNA’s innovation in the market together with the broad range of developments it works on are exciting, as no two are the same, such as the India Building which is a Grade Two Listed building to the Kensington House, student accommodation.”
Ryan Gregory, operations director at TNA, says: “This appointment has been in our strategic plan for a number of months and will be a key part of the sales and business development function to support new business through to the full end to end proposal process – from initial interest and co-ordinating activities, pursuit of opportunities, coordinating responses, PQQ (if applicable), to final tender submission.”
Emma will directly report into Ryan and MD Andrew Jones, and in due course will be working on building a dedicated business development team around her.
