Andrew Jones
Managing Director
Andy already had over 20 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry when he formed TNA electrical with brother Neil in 2009, having worked across sectors including retail, industrial, commercial and residential.
With great enthusiasm and determination, matched by a caring and conscientious approach, Andy has built a team environment which contributes to delivering contracts on time, within budget and, above all else, safely.
Neil Jones
Director
Neil is a co-founder of TNA along with Andrew since 2009. He has previously spent 10 years on site working in the electrical and mechanical industry, overseeing various projects within the domestic, commercial and industrial fields.
As well as being a director of the company, he now heads up the small works division, overseeing all mechanical and electrical aspects within the industry. With Neil’s positive and expert approach all projects are successfully completed to an extremely high and cost effective standard.
Ryan Gregory
Operations Director
Ryan’s role as Operations Director is ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.
Reviewing working practices to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative. Making sure safety regulations are followed. Keeping employees motivated and organising appropriate training.
Adrian Ogden
Mechanical Director
Adrian is in charge of TNA Mechanical services, his role is to manage the day to day operation of the division. He oversees every project from tender stage, through the design process, installation then commissioning.
Adrian’s philosophy is that repeat business is the life blood of any company. Key to this is listening and understanding what the client requires and developing this into a workable cost effective, compliant solution. He applies uncompromising standards and attention to detail in the projects carried out by TNA mechanical, to provide our clients with a robust compliant design and high quality installation.
