Iconic and imposing Grade 2 listed Building on Water Street owned by HMRC and used as their new Northern HQ. This consists of Heritage Arcade with internal retail units, Sub Basement level, Basement level and CAT A office fit out to levels 1-8, central core toilet areas, lift lobbies and main entrance reception kiosks. This build was completely stripped back to shell with new MEP services installed.
