The existing Daikin Heat Recovery VRV comfort cooling and ventilations systems serving the area have been modified and had their capacities increased to serve 2 new 58 seat Classrooms, 1 new 35 seat Classroom, Student Study / Library, Break-out Areas, Administration Offices and Reception Area. New Male, Female and Accessible Student Toilets, have formed with dedicated extract systems to each.
Lighting small power, structure wiring, door access and AV have been installed.
